I'm a certified professional coach, certified yoga teacher, intuitive healer, entrepreneur, writer and self-proclaimed tea nerd. From my own experience with allowing my past, my fear, inner conflict and turmoil to dominate and dictate the way I engaged with myself and the world, I learned that, not running from, but being present with our unique human experience is our most valuable survival skill. And through the all-encompassing practice of Yoga, we gain deep acceptance of our humanity. In a society where it has been normalized to suppress, deny and reject our humanness, I have grown a passion for and made a commitment to, demystifying limiting perspectives of what it means to be present, intentional, mindful and conscious; to reintroduce the truth that this way of living, being and engaging with our lives is attainable and accessible.
I am not exempt from the journey. I too, have spent a sizable portion of my life dwelling inside my head, out of my body, rejecting my feelings, and choosing non serving life perspectives. Now, my purpose is to hold space for you to facilitate your own transformation into presence, intention and deeper awareness. Quite simply, it all starts with reconnecting to, accepting and being present with your unique version of the human experience. I create sacred spaces for you to be as present and human as possible!
